After attending culinary school in Charleston, Chef Huy Tran returned to Greenville and started cooking at Stella's Southern Bistro prior to opening MeKong with his mother.
They are best known for their HUGE bowls of Pho, but have many other fresh, made-to-order options.
OTG Standouts:
Crispy Flour Crepe, Combo Vermicelli bowl and fresh summer rolls served with mango bubble tea.
Seriously fresh and delicious.
Herbs are picked daily from Mama's bucket garden out back. Fresh Thai basil, mint, fish mint, & purple basil accompany many dishes.
