You see, cheesesteaks have been a part of the family for over 70 years. The original "pop-pop" himself, Albert “Inky” Harris, opened up his own steak shops in Philly during the 40’s and 50’s. “While growing up,” Stacey shared, “Dad would always say, one day we will have our own place just like 'pop-pop' did."
"This was a massive labor of love, so my dad could get what he wanted. He worked hard his whole life. I always wanted him to get what he talked about.”

When describing a good cheesesteak, the words awe-inspiring, life changing, and juicy are all socially acceptable. What's the calorie count? Delicious.

Behold, the Supreme Canoe, a deep fried calzone filled with sausage, and pepperoni. Sign me up.

From the freshly baked Amoroso rolls to the Herr’s chips, you cannot get any more authentic then this.

Steak, cheese, and bread are the three amigos riding into the sunset with our hearts in tow.
The combination is heaven.

Hamburger meets English muffin. Add bacon, cheese, mushrooms/onions optional and you've got the Inky Dinky.

Since opening their doors two years ago, sales have exceeded 85,000 cheesesteaks. All of which have been enjoyed by locals as well as visitors.
