Gluten-Free Guide to Greenville

Even as recently as 10 years ago, having to follow a gluten-free diet was almost a culinary death sentence. Just about the only safe thing you could order out were tacos on corn tortillas with a side of tequila, which is still a good idea, by the way…

But now, gluten-free is a household phrase, meaning nearly every restaurant has at least heard of it. Most offer more than one menu item made without wheat flour or any of the other offending ingredients.

Our gluten-free member of OTGG, Ariel Turner, has compiled an EPIC list of more than 100 locally owned and operated restaurants and bakeries that serve up great food sans the evil gluten.
